John Whittier, a producer/director of television commercials, is under a tight deadline to come up with an ad for Glom, the new super-glue in a stick. What better place to avoid interruptions than his rustic cabin in the Berkshire Hills of Massachusetts? He brings along his new wife, Ginny, and Ginny's daughter Terry, along with "Sticky Fingers" McLaughlin, the pro baseballer star of the commercial, and Inez Reinhardt, his copy writer and, coincidentally, his ex-wife.
Action takes place in the confines of the cabin, which needs to support a dividing curtain and a window through which two people can exit, joined at the lips. Accidents do occur with Glom when it's used carelessly, and only tequila will unstick it!
The risqué content involves the parentage of Ginny's child and romantic affairs (real or imagined) among the two sets of men and women. Action takes place in the early 1980's, so costuming can add visual appeal to Tight Lips.
