Erica is auditioning for a historical verse drama about a rebellion. After doing her rehearsed lines, she launches into a rambling discussion of her opposition to guns. That is in direct opposition to the lines she chose to audition with, and that, um, you know, like, totally shows her acting range!

With just an empty stage, no props, and one character, I'm America is an extremely simple monologue to produce. Both topical and comical, it raises some valid points about gun control in an easy-to-digest manner.
