The Fume Mitigators

4 people, either sex, any ages

The Fume Mitigators traps a cheery cricket, a lugubrious daddy longlegs arachnid, and two cockroaches in a house about to undergo fumigation. They plot to survive as fans are turned on and they are buffeted about by the winds that will soon be filled with toxic fumes. Will any of them survive?

No special costuming or set pieces are required, but they could add to production values. Some sound effects are called for (a cricket chirping, fans blowing, and an electrical short circuit), and lighting effects could also enhance productions.

Actors of any age and of either sex can play any of the roles, with just a few pronoun changes needed.
